These HOTEL POLICIES are a condition of your stay. Registration constitutes agreement.
CHECK-IN begins at 3:00 PM. Checkout is required by 10AM. Late checkouts until 11:00 AM will be permitted whenever possible. Checkout after 11AM shall be charged for a full night. Guests must be 21 years of age with valid photo ID to book a room.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. A deposit equal to one day’s stay plus any Spa services reserved will be charged at the time of Room Reservation. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in will incur the full cost of the first day’s stay and/or Spa service. Cancellation fees will be refunded if your room or appointment is filled by others.
SMOKING, VAPING, OR TOBACCO USAGEIS NOT PERMITTED IN THE HOTEL OR ON THE ROOF GARDENS. Guests whose rooms are found to have smoke will be asked to leave and fined a $300 cleaning fee.
NOISE AND NUISANCE is not permitted.: Management reserves the right to evict unruly guests without refund.
NO PETS are permitted on the premises. Off-site pet sitting can be arranged with advance notice.
ROOM OCCUPANCY Most rooms are limited to two occupants. We have limited rooms which permit up to two additional guests. There is an $30 charge for each additional guest..
SPA services, including use of the water spa, are scheduled on an “as available” basis. It is advised that you book your spa treatments at least 24 hours in advance. Guests must be 16 years of age to use the spa. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for use of the water spa or for spa treatments. Food and beverages are not permitted in the water spa.
SECURITY Guests are solely responsible for the security of all personal valuables. There is a safe at the front desk. The Inn And Spa At Beacon disclaims any responsibility for lost, damaged, missing, or stolen guest property.
TWO NIGHT MINIMUM ON WEEKENDS- All weekend stays have a 2 night minimum, either Fri&Sat, or Sat&Sun
ANY DISPUTE arising out of this agreement or arising out of a stay at or use of The Inn And Spa At Beacon shall be settled by binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association and the venue of any arbitration shall be Dutchess County, New York, and judgement rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
